More Melbourne urban coolness. Went for coffee at St Ali in South Melbourne with a mate of Jack's first thing and then over to Fitzroy (I think) for breakfast and even better coffee at Proud Mary's. The cafe scene is definitely a cut above Sydney although we have a few good spots (and beaches, harbour, better weather, etc).
I caught up with friends from Sydney in the afternoon at a bar called Cookie, or at least the bar on the rooftop of the same building. So good to see close friends from home and starting to feel like I'm transitioning back to normal/urban life (but in a good way). Actually got a bit pissed and had a great time with the sun going down and the Melbourne CBD all around us!
