Very lazy morning after a few beers last night. No surf worth mentioning and we didn’t even get in the water today! Decided to go whale watching in the afternoon. We were out in a fairly small 7m inflatable Zodiac type of thing and got to see a few whales although we missed the massive breach which was on the other side of the boat! The Dutch family sitting on the other side got the full view. We got a great view of the sunset over the hinterland on the way back though, such a nice part of the world up here.
Jack took the girls back to the airport and it was sad to see them go but a fun weekend and great to have shared a bit of our trip with some good friend. Poor Jack was a bit tired on the way back and may have backed the truck a little bit too far when he got back to camp. Not to worry, you can hardly noticed the broken fence palings in the daylight!
